Nolan is the founder of Sentient Decisions. Nolan has over 20 years experience providing IT solutions in the defense, financial, pharmaceutical, communication, energy and manufacturing industries. Prior to founding Sentient Decisions Nolan has held positions as a consultant or employee at  Vanguard, Comcast, Boeing, Lockheed Martin, DuPont, Exelon, Dow Chemical, Johnson & Johnson and Accenture.

Nolan has been selected as a Salesforce Analytics Champion.  A Salesforce Champion is an individual who is an innovator who motivates and inspires others to learn new skills and advance their careers. Nolan is also certified by Salesforce and Tableau as an Analytics consultant.

Nolan earned a Bachelors degree in Math/Computer Science from Delaware State University while also serving in the United States Marine Corps. Nolan also holds a Masters degree in Software Engineering from Pennsylvania State University.
